Adam Cogan Customer Experience, General customer experience, CX, UX 0 Comments

Similar to the concept of “User eXperience” in software design, the “Customer eXperience” is a marketing term with a commerce weighting that […]

NDC Sydney 2017 – SSW’s adventures

Adam Cogan NDC Sydney events, NDC Sydney 0 Comments

Last week NDC Sydney was back for a second year, and, just as last year, SSW had its sticky fingers in many pies. The highlight was running an entire track of the conference, as well as live streaming and recording it. SSW was also part of the code club, conducted interviews, ran a booth, and contributed 5 speakers to the event. It was awesome.

Why we’re excited about .NET Core – and why you should be too

Adam Cogan .NET Core, Training 0 Comments

.NET has been around since 2002 for the initial release. When it came around it was really revolutionary and we’ve been loving .NET ever since. Farewell Dynamics CRM 2016, Hello Dynamics 365

Adam Cogan CRM Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 3 Comments

‘Dynamics CRM’ is no more – say hello to ‘Dynamics 365’. The flagship Dynamic products have always been AX (Operations), CRM (Sales and Marketing), and NAV (Finance), which could provide organisations with an end-to-end process. However, connectivity was lacking. Dynamics 365 is the combination of these products into one collection rather than just an overarching group name.

We moved our TFS to the cloud

Motorbike accident

Adam Cogan General motorbike accident 13 Comments

I had a nasty accident on my motorbike last night. It’s written off 🔥💥 I know bikes are dangerous… Up until yesterday I’d not had a stack since I was 10 on the farm. The bike was a shiny black cruiser, a Honda VTX 1800C fatboy-looking motorcycle. I don’t have good recollection of the accident, […]
